工作职责：

We are seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial Web3 enthusiast to join our fast-growing Digital Assets division. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by developing strategic relationships with clients and partners across Web3 and TradFi. Leveraging deep crypto-native expertise, they will identify new opportunities, onboard key clients, and promote the firm’s digital asset solutions. With strong communication and negotiation skills, this individual will build and strengthen partnerships, expand market presence, and support sales efforts. This is a crucial role for a proactive, results-driven professional passionate about shaping the future of digital assets through strategic collaborations.

• Drive business growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities within the digital assets and Web3 space.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with institutional clients, partners, and ecosystem stakeholders across Hong Kong and Asia, including protocols, exchanges, custodians, trading firms, and distribution channels.
• Negotiate partnership agreements and deal terms to foster mutually beneficial collaborations.
• Promote and sell our digital asset solutions, including but not limited to crypto ETFs and tokenised funds, ensuring alignment with client needs and market trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor product pitches, develop proposals, and support client onboarding processes.
• Stay informed of industry developments, regulations, and emerging opportunities to position the firm as a leading player in the Web3 ecosystem.
• Represent the company at industry events and forums, enhancing market visibility and building the company’s network within the Web3 and TradFi community.
• Provide feedback from the market to the product team to inform future offerings and strategy.

任职资格：

• 3+ years of experience in a sales or business development role in Web3 or financial industry.
• Strong understanding of crypto markets, DeFi, Web3, and blockchain-based financial products. Familiarity with SFC regulations is a plus.
• Experience engaging with clients and internal stakeholders on crypto and digital asset topics.
• Established connections with institutional investors and Web3 ecosystem partners —protocols, exchanges, custodians, trading firms, distribution channels — in Hong Kong/Asia.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset, with a track record of Web3 contributions, or startup experience.
• Passionate about digital assets, blockchain technology, and the evolving Web3 landscape.
